Panama Jeff’s Inshore Charters is built on a lifetime spent fishing Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast. With over 35 years of hands-on experience, Captain Jeff has dedicated his life to exploring and understanding the inshore waters stretching from Port St. Joe to West Bay in Panama City. His passion, patience, and knowledge make every trip more than just a charter. It becomes a meaningful day on the water that guests remember long after their lines are reeled in.
Whether you’re an experienced angler or completely new to fishing, Captain Jeff ensures every guest feels confident, comfortable, and excited to fish.
Meet Captain Jeff
Captain Jeff grew up on the water and has spent decades learning the tides, grass flats, backwaters, and hidden channels where the fish like to feed. His calm, friendly personality and proven fishing knowledge make him the kind of guide people return to year after year.
He specializes in light-tackle and fly fishing, and he knows exactly when and where to look for Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, and many more seasonal species.

Our Boat
Your adventure takes place on a clean, safe, and well-maintained 20’ Skeeter bay boat built for shallow inshore waters. The boat has room for up to four guests and features everything you need for a smooth, enjoyable trip.
